I first bought my wife her ring in April 2016 after searching for months trying to find the perfect ring. My wife loves emerald cuts and this was the best choice I made. He gave me several options that fit within my budget. When I proposed in October 2016 she loved it and everyone else loved it too. The diamond itself was a little over a carat and all her friends thought it was at least 2 carats. I recently went back a week ago to upgrade and it was another great choice.
